Studio Pillars: Studio 01 (Organisations) | Studio 02 (Individuals)

1. Scope of Services

Sehara Studio provides specialized consultancy and coaching services.

  • Studio 01 (Organisations): Focuses on systemic architecture, AI adoption strategy, and digital evolution.

  • Studio 02 (Individuals): Focuses on high-performance coaching, identity shifts, and career transitions. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Coaching Agreement documents provided post-consultation.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

All frameworks, methodologies, digital blueprints, and strategic models provided by Sehara Studio remain the exclusive property of the Studio.

  • Limited License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Studio materials solely for their internal organizational or personal growth purposes.

  • Restricted Use: No part of the Sehara Studio methodology (including the "Architecture of Modern Growth" framework) may be reproduced, sold, or distributed to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Professional Boundaries (Studio 02)

Coaching is a partnership designed for professional development and high-level performance.

  • Non-Clinical: Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, mental health care, or legal/financial advice.

  • Responsibility: The client remains solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken as a result of the coaching partnership.

4. Confidentiality

Given our background in managing high-stakes ($20M+) portfolios, we maintain a zero-leak policy.

  • Mutual Non-Disclosure: Both the Studio and the Client agree to protect sensitive information shared during the engagement.

  • Exclusions: Confidentiality does not apply to information already in the public domain or required by law to be disclosed.

5. Engagement & Cancellation

  • Consultations: Initial consultations are subject to availability and do not constitute a formal contract for long-term services.

  • Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling individual coaching sessions.

  • Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the signed SOW.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sehara Studio provides frameworks for growth, but results are dependent on client execution. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss resulting from the implementation of our strategic advice.
